I just bought a 'new' Membership, why can't I reserve a lesson?

It might be that you set your membership to start in the future.  The Speak Shop online reservation system allows new students to select the start date and then it won't allow you to reserve a lesson until your membership begins... sorry, we realize this isn't the best experience for new students.  Please send an email to help@speakshop.org and we'll reset your start date to today.
